General evaluation of the candidates.
We base our assessment on the implementation of Psychometric Tests (at the request of our client) in order to obtain a broader information about the candidate’s job performance and their intellectual capacity and level of responsibility.
Evaluation to bilingual staff.
We perform tests of English according to the level of preparation of each candidate, applied by our bilingual staff to assess the level of conversation.
Warranty for three months.
We offer, in addition to hiring candidates, a warranty service for 3 months from the date of commencement of work.
